so i have been confuse for a while, i can’t really sleep at night even though i keep trying to sleep i always end up staying awake and be restless for days, the maximum of hours i sleep is 3 hours straight, when i do fall asleep i keep being interrupted and can’t seem to go back, and this is a horrible disadvantage for me seeing how i need to be active for my daily scenarios in my day, i’m figuring out if i’m having sleeping disorder or not, i haven’t talk this to my parents seeing how they are really busy with their job and i can’t burden them more with stress, so i took sleeping pills but it seems it doesn’t really have effects and i wanted to max the pills but i’m not that dumb enough to not know it’s overdosing.
